Returns & Exchanges Precondition
1. The product is in its original packaging;
2. The product hasn’t been used or damaged;
3. The product has no peculiar smell or perfume;

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 7 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 7 days after you received the packages. No returns made after 7 days from the receiving date will be accepted.

How do I make a return?
1. If you want to exchange or return the product, please contact our customer service through email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit return request;
2. Once our customer service team confirmed your exchange or return request with email, you will get the return shipping address and please pack your item up and put the printed order information inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click My Order, select the correct order number, and print it out);
3. Take down the return parcel tracking number and Express Sheet and send it to our service team via email;
4. After we receive the return parcel and verify everything intact, we will process to exchange or refund to you.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty and accessories (except scarves and bags). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygienic seal has been broken.

If order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Buyers can contact to our customer service and ask for the solution. Buyers can't reject to sign out the parcel without our agreement. Otherwise all losses will be borne by the buyers.
